- Proposed new hotels/resorts: Utilizing the projected occupancy rates and ADRs for a proposed hotel, arrive at a multi-year (typically a seven-year period) pro forma that provides cash-flow results through debt service, debt coverage ratios and a projected seven-year internal rate of return (IRR).
- Existing: An analysis of historical financial and/or operational results to identify potential areas for improvement, i.e. repositioning and turnaround opportunities.
- Budgeting: Experienced at managing the budget process as well as the actual preparation of budgets for all sizes of properties, from limited-service mid-scale hotels to upscale full-service hotels and resorts.
